Tim is responsible for the firm’s investment activities, origination of new business, overseeing capital markets efforts, and the implementations and execution of the firm’s acquisitions, management, anddisposition strategies.
Tim was previously the Director of Acquisitions for Thor Equities, a global real estate development firm headquartered in New York City with ~$10 billion AUM throughout North America,Europe, and Latin America.
Tim was actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s acquisition, financing and development activities.
