James joined Iconic Equities from EQT Exeter where he was responsible for development and tenant improvement projects in the Mid-South Region, overseeing a 17MM SF portfolio of industrial real estateassets.
He was with EQT Exeter for 4 years where he completed over $75MM in tenant improvement and capital projects. He also was involved in the development of multiple ground-up projects across theMid-South region including BTS’s for TJX and Moen.
Prior to joining EQT Exeter, he worked for Preston Development, overseeing the entire real estate portfolio as well as managing multiple ground-upconstruction projects totaling $10MM. Mr. Ryan graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS Degree from the Fisher School of Business.
